Dr. Mariel Petruk
Dr. Mariel Petruk is a Fort Lauderdale resident and is thrilled to serve the dental needs of her community. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 2010 and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Petruk considers herself a lifelong learner and participates in extensive Continual Dental Education courses, including implant placement and restoration. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Broward County Dental Society.
Dr. Petruk was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks fluent Spanish. When she is not in the office creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Petruk spends a lot of her free time exercising, especially in yoga practice. She loves being out on the water and has her SCUBA certification. She has a variety of orchids that she is trying to learn how to make happy, though not always successfully. If you really want to be impressed, she will show you how to fold a fitted sheet next time you come in for your check-up!
